Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue: EU Proposal - Agreement on the path to normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia.

Japan welcomes the EU-facilitated leaders’ dialogue between President Aleksandar Vučić of Serbia and Prime Minister Albin Kurti of Kosovo in Brussels on 27 February, where the both parties agreed that no further discussions are needed on the EU proposal “Agreement on the path to normalization between Kosovo and Serbia".

The normalization of relations between the two countries through the EU-facilitated Belgrade-Prishtina dialogue will contribute to peace and stability in the Western Balkan region. Japan expects the both countries to engage constructively to implement the Agreement.
